QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING

All over! We ship everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO and US territories. We also ship internationally (International rates apply. Please look for your country on the checkout page).

Get what you want, when you want it with standard or expedited shipping options.

United States:
Within the 48 US states, we offer Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) for orders above $60. For orders below $60, shipping is $5. We also ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii for a $10 flat fee.

For faster delivery, we offer Expedited Shipping (2 business days) for $20.

International:
Shipping rates determined at checkout based on destination.

All orders ship 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after they're placed. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's shipped so you can track your order’s progress.

For international orders, please allow additional time for processing and customs clearance.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER

Click the link in your order confirmation email to check its status. If it's already shipped, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track its progress. It takes 1-3 business days for an order to be processed and picked up by our shipping partners. Once it's scanned, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please feel free to contact info@ellaola.com with your order number.

Usually orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. An authorization hold will appear on your card immediately but you will not be charged until the purchase is authorized by your bank or credit card company. Only authorized orders are processed and shipped.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you're having trouble making a payment, double check that billing information is exactly the way it appears on your credit card statement, or chat with one of our teammates at info@ellaola.com — they have all the trouble-shooting answers and will get back to you within 24 hours.

Your card will not be charged until your order ships, but an authorization hold will appear on your card when you place an order. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped — usually within 1-3 business days, but estimated processing times may be subject to change.

Please email us at info@ellaola.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed.

Oh no! Let's see if we can fix that. Make sure you're entering the code correctly with no extra or missing spaces (they're easy to miss) and check the expiration date (an expired code won't work). Remember, you can only use one code at a time and each code can only be used once. If your code isn't expired and still isn't working, shoot us an email at info@ellaola.com

Unless otherwise stated in the discount details, different codes cannot be combined on the same order.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTIONS

From your EllaOla account, you can change your personal information, billing and shipping information, edit your current form of payment, change your default payment method or add new payment methods.

Easy peasy. You can change your order date, frequency or cancel it altogether by visiting My Subscriptions in your EllaOla account. No hassle. No fuss. No time wasted.

Login to your EllaOla account, click My Subscriptions and delay your next shipment or change your shipment frequency.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS

Free returns within 14 days of receipt for EllaOla orders made in the contiguous United States. Email us your order number and return request to info@ellaola.com  We will provide you with a return shipping label. After we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.

International orders are considered final sales and non-returnable.

Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be re-applied after they've been used once or have expired. Please contact us at info@ellaola.com to request a replacement discount code if you meet the original terms and conditions.
