Refund policy

Free returns within 45 days of receipt for EllaOla orders. Email us your order number and return request to info@ellaola.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label. After we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
