Veggie-Packed Pumpkin Rice Crispy Bites

Here’s a superfood-packed treat that will trick even the pickiest eaters into getting their daily dose of vitamins! What looks like a pumpkin-shaped rice crispy treat is actually a fun & healthy treat for your lil’ boos. And they’ll never guess it has 19 vitamins & minerals from 15 Superfood fruits & vegetables thanks to EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin powder. Check out the ingredients & recipe below to make these Pumpkin Rice Crispy treats at home!

 

Ingredients:

1. 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal

2. 1/4 cup butter

3. 1 bag large marshmallows

4. Red & Yellow Liquid Food Coloring

5. Mini Rolo’s Chocolate

6. Green M&M’s

7. EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin powder (1 pack per serving)

8. 1/4 cup cooking oil or melted butter in a small bowl

 

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter over low heat in a large pot

2. Add marshmallows & stir until completely melted / combined with butter.

3. Remove pot from the heat. 

Add several drops of yellow food coloring, mix together, add red food coloring 4. one drop at a time, mixing as you go. Add red/yellow drops & mix well until you reach your desired color. 

5. Add Rice Krispies & stir to combine.

6. Coat both sides of your hands with cooking oil or butter to roll the Rice Krispie mixture into small balls. Before rolling, sprinkle EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin into the middle of the portion, & roll together to combine.  

7. Set on parchment paper. Add oil/butter to your hands after each ball.

8. While the balls are still warm, gently press a Mini Rolo into the top of each pumpkin for the stem and add a green M&M beside it as the leaf.

9. Allow to cool until firm.
