Where in the world do you ship?
All over! We ship everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO and US territories. We also ship internationally to 220 countries around the world!

When will my order ship?
All orders ship 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after they're placed. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's shipped so you can track your order’s progress.
For international orders, please allow additional time for processing and customs clearance.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click the link in your order confirmation email to check its status. If it's already shipped, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track its progress. It takes 1-3 business days for an order to be processed and picked up by our shipping partners. Once it's scanned, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please feel free to contact info@ellaola.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 14 days of receipt for EllaOla orders made in the contiguous United States. Email us your order number and return request to info@ellaola.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label. After we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
International orders are considered final sales and non-returnable.
