Toddler & Kids Watermelon Hydrator Drink

This simple 5 ingredient recipe is super hydrating on a hot day, and you would never guess it's full of 19 essential vitamins & minerals from 15 fruits & veggies! Recipe: Watermelon Hydrator Drink

 

Ingredients: 

 

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 cup strawberries to blender

  2. Add 1 cup watermelon to blender

  3. Add a squeeze of Honey to taste

  4. Fill remainder of blender with ice cubes

  5. Blend until combined

  6. Pour into your kiddos’ cup
