Superfood Apple Cider Recipe

What’s fall without a little seasonal drink to enjoy while the seasons change? This homemade apple cider recipe is a perfect fall treat for the whole family. For an extra health boost simply add EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin to the cider before you serve your little ones, giving them a comprehensive panel of vitamins and minerals in each pack!

 

Ingredients:

1. 3-4 lbs Apples

2. 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

3. 4 Cinnamon Sticks

4. 1 tb Whole Cloves

5. 1 Whole Vanilla Bean

6. EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin (1 pack per serving)

 

Instructions:

1. Add chopped apples & spices to a slow cooker

2. Pour water to cover the apples, leaving 2 in of space

3. Cover the slow cooker & simmer on high for 2-4 hours

4. Mash the apples with a spoon to release their juice

5. Cover & simmer for another 1-2 hours on high

6. Carefully strain the chunks of fruit from cider

7. Serve warm from the crockpot or chill in the fridge or overnight for a cold cider.

8. Mix in EllaOla unflavored Multivitamin into a cup with cider & enjoy!
