Superfood Apple Sauce

We're blending up something special for your little ones—a superfood-packed apple sauce that’s naturally sweet and 100% sugar-free. Perfect for snack time, lunchboxes, or even as a healthy dessert, thanks to EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin, this recipe is loaded with nutrient-rich ingredients that boost energy and nourish growing bodies. Plus, it's so easy to make that you can get the kids involved too. Let’s dive into this delicious, no-sugar-added apple sauce that’s bursting with goodness in every bite! 


Ingredients:

- 2 Apples

- 1 tsp Lemon 

- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

- 2-3 Tbsp Water

- 1 Pack EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin (per serving)

 

Instructions:

1. Peel & chop apples.

2. Add to a saucepan with cinnamon.

3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Mash with a spoon or potato masher & add lemon juice.

5. Pour applesauce serving into a bowl, add EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin powder, stir to mix, & enjoy!
