3 Easy & Tasty Pumpkin Treats for Kids in 5 Minutes With 15 Fruits & Veggies

1. Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 cup pancake mix (homemade or store-bought)

Ingredients:

- 1 cup rolled oats

- ½ cup pumpkin puree

- ⅓ cup peanut butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)

- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

1. Place the oats in a large bowl. Add pumpkin puree, peanut butter, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin.

2. Stir with a spatula or spoon until the mixture is well blended. It should be thick and sticky.

3. If it feels too wet, add a bit more oats.

4. If it feels too dry, add a splash of milk or an extra spoonful of peanut butter.

- ½ tsp vanilla extract
