Ingredients:
• Pasta noodles
• 3 Roma tomatoes
• 1 Carrot
• 1/4 Onion
• 5 Basil leaves
• 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
• Salt, to taste
• EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin (1 pack per child)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut vegetables into smaller pieces.
3. On a sheet pan, add tomatoes, carrots, and onion and drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
4. Cook for about 30-45 minutes in the oven or until soft.
5. Add the roasted vegetables and basil leaves into a bowl/cup.
6. Using an immersion blender, blend everything until smooth.
7. To a pan, add pasta sauce and pasta noodles.
8. Season with salt and garlic powder.
9. Cook on medium-low heat until soft.
10. Plate and sprinkle in one package of EllaOla Unflavored Multivitamin.
11. Mix until well combined.
12. Serve and enjoy!
